always pleasant staff, gave a lot of information. the room was good-sized and stocked, the decor was delightful. the hotel offered plentiful and excellent made to order breakfast on the beach-- food.

I enjoyed the hotel, it's well-maintained and the location is prime in Castaways nice option & 2 bars available. The morning breakfast was large with pork and chicken and every taste. The service was really great and the pool was very clean.

Not clean bathroom, and the breakfast was late.

All the services were excellent. the room had a modern look and was well-equipped with a nice fridge, meeting all our needs. the breakfast was plentiful and fantastic, enjoyed right on the beach—truly awesome food.

I spent 7 nights at Sunscape Puerto Plata and enjoyed the à la carte restaurant, which offered very good service and a wide variety of delicious food of excellent quality every day. the beds were super comfy, and the beach view was absolutely stunning!

There were no drink tickets at the bars. The exchange rate at the hotel is too high.

This resort is a beautiful place with outstandingly accommodating staff and fantastic food. the location is marvellous and perfect for exploring nearby canteens and pizza restaurants. Guests can enjoy an outdoor restaurant and a convenient salad bar. the check-in process is speedy, and the overall service is commendable. Plus, there’s no extra charge for wake-up service or ironing, adding to the convenience of the stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sunscape Puerto Plata, and it made for a fantastic vacation. the dining options were impressive, with both the buffet and the à la carte restaurant offering amazing dishes that I loved. the location is simply stunning, just 15 km from the airport and surrounded by beautiful scenery. a market and gift shops were conveniently located right next door. this hotel provides excellent value for money!

Sunscape Puerto Plata offers a wonderfully clean environment complemented by absolutely incredible staff members. the spacious room features an extremely comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Guests can enjoy a variety of food options and the service is exceptionally helpful. it’s a delightful experience with no complaints whatsoever.

In a couple words not much!

If not complaints then what? I didn't like the one restaurant policy where I pay $190 bucks for "all inclusive" and then am told the other restaurants are for other customers!
